CaringSOPs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates caringsops.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you create an account and use CaringSOPs, we collect:
- Account data: your email address and agency name.
- Content you create: SOPs you generate and save, including titles, steps, and any descriptions you provide.
- Staff data: names and email addresses of caregivers and team members you add to your account.
- Billing data: your subscription plan and payment history. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic browser and device information for product improvement.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the CaringSOPs service.
- To generate SOPs using AI (your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, see below).
- To send transactional emails such as caregiver invitations and SOP assignment notifications.
- To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To improve the product based on usage patterns.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@caringsops.com.

We use cookies strictly for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
